LifeFire7: The Blade Of Light (Part One)
(Note: This Minecraft series has no relation whatsoever to Minecraft Stories)
LifeFire7 was in a tough spot. Shortly after mysteriously entering Minecraft, he’d been ambushed by mobs of zombies, skeletons, and creepers. Downed to half a heart, he hobbled toward a village. He tripped in the shifting sand and pitched forward. He groaned, got to his feet, and sprinted. Or tried to, anyway. The result was his last food bar disappearing. His pace slowed dramatically. He searched his inventory for any food. There was nothing except bones, rotten flesh, and a bit of gunpowder. He grabbed the zombie skin and nibbled it. He gulped it down and gagged. He ate two more, and then filled up his entire food bar and started healing. LifeFire7 sprinted toward the village and ran into a house and slammed the door. The NPCs’ grunted and left the humble abode. Only one remained. LifeFire7 rummaged through the chest and pulled out a slightly damaged bow, some arrows, and a diamond sword enchanted with Sharpness V and Unbreaking III. A voice erupted in the silent room.
“Drop it.”
LifeFire7 spun around. The voice had come from a green-robed villager holding a bow. He grinned and waved his new sword around.
“Whaaaaaattttttt, this?”
“Exactly.”
The villager pulled the string of the bow back as far as he could.
“I really don’t think you should do that.”
With a light, casual swing, LifeFire7 slashed a deep scar into the green robe, pushed aside the villager with his free hand, and bolted towards the door. He swiftly exited the house.
Five creepers stared at him, then glowed bright. He smiled and dispatched all of them. He turned to the villager, who had his mouth hanging open. The villager raised his bow.
LifeFire7 sprinted away. An arrow struck his back.
The last thing he remembered was being affected by Sleepiness XVI.
